This review is for Ariana. She was my daughter’s (age 5) swim instruction. She is very patient and kind . My daughter felt at ease with her from day one. Each week we went we saw progress. I would recommend her.

I am a parent of 2 little girls who has returned to Waterworks Aquatics because of their excellent service. My youngest daughter is enrolled with coach Franchesca at the LB location and she has truly been amazing with my daughter. She explains movements clearly, shows pattern, super patient, professional, and kind. My daughter enjoys her time swimming with her. She is already a level 6 and is constantly progressing. Their teacher/coach energy is everything. Thanks to her my daughter is always excited to learn. Her tone, demeanor every session along with her consistency in her work ethic speaks volumes to me. I know my daughters are in great hands when they’re with the professionals over at WA. They truly care about your child. Thank you again and always Franchesca! 🙂

Terrible experience with this company. In just a couple of months, they changed our instructor three times, despite assuring me before I signed up that this was rare. The most recent time, they not only switched our instructor again but also told us we could no longer come at our regular appointment time and had to choose a new day and time—without any explanation.
After that, I told them we couldn’t change days and requested a refund. When I originally signed up, I purchased a large bundle because it was cheaper. I specifically asked what would happen if we weren’t satisfied, since it was a significant amount of money, and was told that due to their “100% satisfaction guarantee”, we could cancel at any time and receive a refund for unused classes. Their website also claims “100% satisfaction guaranteed,” so I assumed it wouldn’t be an issue.
What they don’t tell you—anywhere on the website or during sign-up—is that their guarantee only applies to the first lesson. They hide this in the fine print of the terms and conditions they have you sign when first joining, even though it isn’t mentioned anywhere else.
Overall, I would not recommend this company. There are plenty of other places to take swim lessons for your kids.

Andrea is amazing!!! Most importantly, she makes swim lessons fun!!! She works on the details to ensure bad habits don’t stay. We are so pleased 😀

Waterworks is fantastic! It was extremely easy to get scheduled for the time slots that works for our family, and we were lucky to get an instructor that is patient and great with kids. Ms. Liberty is so good with my daughter (4 yr old) that we decided to come twice a week. I can’t wait to see how far my daughter progresses this year!
