My 4 year old son has been going to Swimming Simply at Morehead Rec Center for just a few months and I have been amazed by his improvement. I give much credit to his instructor Addie!
He did over a year at another swim school in Central Park and he would often get frustrated and not participate and never moved up out of the first lane because he wouldn’t put his face in the water. They had so much instructor turnover and it was hard for him to build trust with constantly changing instructors. I pulled him out after a year, and we took a break for the summer then started at Swimming Simply. In two months he’s improved so much! He will put his face under and attempt swimming which he never did before. We went to a hotel water park last weekend and he was so much more confident and didn’t want his floaties. I am so grateful he is finally enjoying swim lessons and look forward to seeing him continue to build confidence and improve his skills.

My kids had basic water safety skills but weren’t strong, independent swimmers (ages 5-8). We tried two competitor swim schools to Swimming Simply and none of the kids’ skills were progressing. I saw near-instant improvement from the first lessons at Swimming Simply, making it more worthwhile than the slightly cheaper rate we’d paid over and over elsewhere. We stuck with lessons for a few rounds, as my kids became so committed to swimming that they wanted to improve enough to compete. Through several rounds of lessons, we had a variety of coaches and all were clearly trained in far more effective methods than I saw at other schools. I also love that SS offers lessons for ND kids. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

I have my two boys at Swim Otters/Swimming Simply and the attention they get is unmatched. My oldest is swimming independently and my youngest is super close. I highly recommend!

There is no comparison of the level of instruction you get with this program compared to anything available in the Denver area. The one-on-one instruction allows the coach to adapt their lesson plans to each child’s skill set and personality. We have two very different children, and the instructor has found what works best for each. It is remarkable how fast our kids have progressed in this fun and rewarding environment. “Swim night” has become something to look forward to each week for our household. Thanks, Swim Otters!
