I’ve attended a few intro to pole classes and also a chair class, and always love them! Each instructor I’ve had thoroughly explains everything in a way that is easy to follow, but also what you should and shouldn’t be feeling. They also offer lots of modifications based on where you are at. I’ve never done a true dance class, and it has been great learning in such a comfy and safe space. So much fun!

I have been attending classes at this studio for close to three years now. It is one of my happy places. The instructors are highly trained, they’re so good at breaking down complex moves. I always feel safe and comfy. I especially love classes with Joy and Jen. Estee’s Mobility class on Mondays is also exceptional. Would recommend!!

Took a class here while I was on a work trip away from my home studio. It was absolutely wonderful. Joy is an amazing instructor. The studio is beautiful and such a fun vibe. I felt right at home. This is a fantastic place to learn how to pole dance! The instructors are very knowledgeable and everyone is friendly and supportive. They have a great selection of classes with clear progression/improvement by level.

Amazing Studio! The space has such a welcoming and warm vibe. The teachers are brilliant and varied, with each one bringing a unique strength to the studio. For example, some teachers are amazing at floor work while others are brilliant at pole tricks. As a man it can be a little harder to find a studio that welcomes everyone and makes them feel comfortable and this studio is truly a gem. Highly recommend them. I often don’t realize how much of a workout I am getting in a class until the next day because I am having so much fun.
