Really nice rec center. I was able to coach volleyball and all of our games were hosted here. Shout out to Armando, for being a phenomenal staff member for this gym. He is also a great ref for the kids.

The stars are just for the rec and its prices and the quality of the pool , the staff is horrendous, this place usually hires mean pissed of teenage girls that sit behind the desk and scowl at everyone except for their friends if the place actually hired older professionals that care about customer service then I would have gave it 5 stars

Great rec center.
2nd best secret gem gym in Denver.
You will need a lock with either a cable or a long shank to use their lockers because the lock needs to go through a thick, molded loop.
Also, the coffee shop/community space a block east of Rude opens at 7 am and is adorable.

Edit on 7/28/23 โ expanded weekend hours are needed, as are extensive renovations to the changing rooms and showers. Still a great place to workout though.
Friendly staff, great pool, overall amazing value ($31 for a month to month, in March โ22). The weight room and cardio space is bright, spacious, and has updated equipment (even a TRX setup). Have always felt safe here as well, despite being in an area thatโs only starting to gentrify.
The locker rooms are very small and outdated, which is the only thing I dislike about this facility.
