An absolute amazing time! The instructor, Renesha, is hilarious and had such contagious energy. She takes you through the movements and instills the confidence in you to do them. Would love to take another class, and I would highly recommend.

I love ❤️ everything about her class. I love her motivation that she puts into us when we are stretching. And the way we do our walks in our heels is empowering. This class isn’t just fun but about empowerment to other women. She pours into every one. If you can’t dance like me. Don’t worry cause she takes her time into each step. But when you leave empowered and even a little bit more confident in yourself. I recommend her class that just needs that spark of confidence in their life. Or just wants to find a community that they belong to. This is the place to be!

I’ve attended quite a few classes and every time it was a vibe !! Renesha is an amazing teacher/friend and person to be around . The energy in all of her classes are always amazing, uplifting and refreshing. Being surrounded by women who encourage each other to dance , enjoy them selves is something I need sometimes . I always leave class feeling good about myself. Dancing is something I’ve always loved so to be able to do that in a supportive and fun atmosphere is the best.

Renesha is such a great person in so many ways. Kind, fierce, helpful and so much more. I so happen to stumble across her Urban Seductress class about 8 years ago now, and have been stuck ever since. She has this way of making sure everyone can feel confident in both themselves and choreography! We have met new friends and people from others states going to this class and no one’s experience matters. You feel good no matter what level you are at! Try it once and you will definitely be back again!
