My daughter just had make up class yesterday/ Thursday june 11 on lane 9 with isabela or Bella. Class was at 4 pm lane 9. My daughter was saying Bella was rough on her and other 2 kids. I actually saw ” Bella ” was pushing the kids head to hard to swim under water too . I thought it was me ..maybe I’ve seen it wrong then after the class my daughter said I’ve got her wrong teacher..my daughter also said that Bella had mean face to her and other 2 kids. Not to forget i was telling my daughter to raise your hands next time if she feels uncomfortable there, to prevent this happening again to her. Is there anyway u put name of the teacher or coach every day on every classes. So if we see her on that class again we prefer not to have her teaching my daughter. This is the first time my 5 years old complaining about someone. If 5 years say bad things about this person..literally she really feels don’t comfortable. If u don’t like working with the kids please don’t work there. Do u take this seriously? How r u guys hiring the coach? Is there any supervisors or manager there? I only see bunch of kids that work there.Or u guys just care about money .noted to all parents..please pay more attention to your kids instead of your phone. I believe this happened before.

The front desk is the most uninformed front desk ever. Every time we’ve asked a question, we’ve gotten completely useless responses. The worst of it has been when we asked the front desk and the management team if there was an option to transfer to one of the other schools closer to us as we had moved, we were told by the assistant manager they had to look into it and would get back to us which they didn’t. When we called them for an update, we were told they can’t transfer. As we had prepaid for a package this was very unfortunate. When we called back again a few weeks later to cancel future enrolments, we were told by the general manager we absolutely could transfer but at that point we had already enrolled in a different school. The whole experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating since our kiddo really loved classes here and we’ve also lost money in the process.

Our daughter has been attending swim classes at Goldfish since October and she loves it! As parents it is awesome to watch our child get excited about swim time! First with Mayson and then Nikki have been wonderful and patient teaching our daughter to be safe in the water.

We’re in the youngest class. We signed up because we wanted to get our son comfortable in water and the repeated classes have been useful for that. But I can’t say that the actual structured “classes’ are worth anything. Unless you’re positive you can make all of them or have flexible schedules, don’t bother booking. We have 9 makeups we’d like to use, so we wanted to pause our membership, since this is the only class time that works for us. Not an option. You have to withdraw if you don’t want to be charged monthly, oh and then you cannot use those makeups once withdrawn, so what’s the point of them? They just keep your money despite promising flexibility. Very disappointed in a business I had previously recommended.

We’ve had wonderful experience at Goldfish Swim School so far! The staff is friendly and attentive from the moment you walk through the door. My son is one year old and just started his swim lessons, and the instructors have been phenomenal with him.
I’m appreciative of their communication with the parents – keeping us informed and at ease throughout the lesson. The whole environment feels geared toward helping little ones build confidence.
I would highly recommend!
