Great local rec center. The pool is often available. Lots of classes, and friendly staff.

Updated from 7 months ago same issues. Cleaning crew is not checked. Attention to detail of staff is low on cleanliness. They just sit there… time to lean time to clean on that government paycheck. Poorly maintained and cleaned. Ducts and fans are filthy and the moment you walk in you can smell the dust. Staff is lazy and collecting government paychecks. Do better Denver.

The glenarm center has been in the Eastside Community for years is it is a small gym for the people in the community nearby it is not a huge 24 hour fitness gym it is perfect to work out in and get in shape everything you need is there.

My kids (age 3 & 6) love taking swim lessons here with Rene and Jade. We think they are the BEST swim instructors in Denver, and have tried multiple classes at different locations. Both kids have learned so much since starting lessons here. My 3 year old has been taking lessons for less than a year here and is already swimming 1/2 the length of the pool! 🙂

If you like really laid back and secret gym spots this recreation center is ideal. It’s hidden so most people don’t know about it. Also the pool area always has free lanes open.
