We have been at CGI since my daughter started her gymnastics career over 7 years ago. They were one of the only gyms that did anything they could to continue allowing these girls to compete during covid in a safe environment when many other gyms shut down.
My daughter is also a Type 1 diabetic so when we started with competitive gymnastics that made me very nervous as a parent. The coaching staff took great care to meet with me to ensure my daughter would be safe during meets and come up with a plan that allowed me to rest easy during the long practices and meets.
Over the years the CGI staff has become like a second family. Gymnastics is a hard and demanding sport, girls spend many hours in the gym each week and the coaches ensure the kids are safe, learning new skills and still having fun.
My daughter is going into high school this year and she is looking forward to finishing her career at CGI in 4 more years . We love this gym, the staff and coaches and couldn’t imagine being anywhere else!

My daughter has attended CGI for 10 years, since she was 3 years old. She progressed from toddler classes, to pre-team, and now competes on the Xcel team. The owners, staff, and coaches prioritize a safe and supportive environment for the participants. All are also very responsive to feedback from parents. Coaches invest time and attention to all athletes, regardless of level, and ability. The coaches are committed to helping each athlete reach their full potential. This gym is also a highly body-positive gym. Athlete of all ages, sizes, and ability are welcomed and supported here.

CGI is my second home! I have been here for 7 years now after my previous gym shut down their optionals program and I wouldn’t change a thing! The coaches and staff of EVERY level are super helpful and caring and truly want the best for each person. The equipment is top in the state and I couldn’t imagine myself anywhere else!
