The staff is very well educated on how to help children with special needs. Those special needs maybe fear of the water or having a hard time overcoming learning something new. Anytime I have had a question the staff is able to find the answer for me in a healthy amount of time.

My kiddo didn’t take to swimming that fast so we had some struggling moments but with the help of the instructors, my son is swimming on his own!! Liam is his current instructor and is absolutely AMAZING!!!

After being loyal patrons of this facility for three years, we have ultimately decided to take our business elsewhere. While we remained hopeful due to our children’s potential, the consistent administrative failures and lack of professional integrity from management have made it impossible to stay.
The management here is incredibly difficult to work with. Scheduling is a persistent challenge, and interactions with the leadership team are often met with a disrespectful and dismissive tone.

Most concerning was the discrepancy between the “progress app” and the staff’s assessments. Despite the app showing our kids had met the necessary benchmarks, management repeatedly insisted they “needed more time” on basic skills. This created a stagnant loop that felt more about extending tuition cycles.

    Policies & Make-up Classes
The handling of make-up classes was the final straw. While the facility initially promises flexibility with make-ups to secure your enrollment, they make it nearly impossible to actually schedule them. When we attempted to utilize our accrued credits, we were met with resistance and instead pressured to pay for additional private lessons.

It is truly a shame to see a place with such potential treat long-term clients this way. We are excited to move to a new location where we hope our children will finally receive the instruction and respect they deserve. If you are looking for a program that values progress over profit, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Aqua-tots in Lone Tree has been beyond amazing. They are flexible with your schedule, but they are gentle yet firm with your kiddos. I have dreaded swim lessons for my kids for years, because I thought it would be scary or burdensome, but we look forward to swim day now! We love Mr. Joe and Mr. Elias as they are patient and kind, but they don’t back away from a scared kiddo. They just encourage and expect in a way that leads the kids to obedience and joy in the pool!

Coach Lily does such a great job with my son Caden. She’s patient and meets him where he’s at so he’s more comfortable in the water. I’m excited to see him progress with such a caring person.
