Colorado Clownfish Swim Club

We love it here. Our kids are now very comfortable in the water and look forward to coming every week, and they just keep getting better thanks to Diana’s instruction. Seeing the other older kids in classes running at the same time is pretty impressive, and it’s great to see the examples of progression through the school. We looked into other schools early on and liked the method of instruction here, and it’s turned out great for us.

Gosh, I’m really sad to write this review. My 2 kids have been coming here for a couple years now. They love the instructors, it’ family owned and I know that they care. Unfortunately, it just continues to be an administrative nightmare. Impossible to get ahold of anyone by email, phone or even in person as the front desk is rarely staffed. They also cancel classes all the time at the last minute. Being a stay at home mom, I’m able to wiggle schedules easily and have been able to keep my kids somewhat consistent, but I can’t imagine this is the same for everyone else. The breaking point came 2 weeks ago when I received a call saying that classes would be canceled for Tuesday and asking us to reschedule for Wednesday afternoon. I showed up with my 3 little kids in tow at 4pm only to find a closed building. I left a voicemail and sent an email and have still received no response. I sent an email last week requesting to cancel our membership and have still received no response. I love to support family owned businesses as much as possible, but this just can’t continue. I would take your business elsewhere.
