I wanted to add more strength and balance training to my fitness routine, and connecting with Christian at Buck Recreation Center in Littleton was one of the best decisions I’ve made.
From the start, Christian took the time to understand my goals and build a program tailored specifically to me. He emphasizes proper form and muscle engagement while continually challenging me to improve and reach new milestones.
After three months of training, I’ve seen noticeable improvements in my strength, balance, and overall fitness. The benefits have also carried over to my cycling and golf, with better stability, power, endurance, and balance.
What sets Christian apart is how engaged he is during every session. His energy, encouragement, and accountability make workouts both effective and enjoyable. At this point, it feels less like training with a coach and more like working out with a friend who is genuinely invested in your success.

Went to use therapy pool, but ended up using the ‘lazy river’ to water walk. Also had a lap pool, and a spa attached to aforementioned therapy pool, which is heated. Large area for young children to play as well.
My day charge also allowed me to use cardio machines and work out area. Nice facility!!!

Such friendly staff in a bright & clean facility. We love the variety of classes and especially fitness coach, Kyle who makes every class an energizing, fun experience. Thanks to the awesome folks at Buck community center, this place is an asset to our community.

My family loves the kids area and lazy river so much we keep going back. Twice I’ve brought other families and the kid pool and lazy river is so cold they don’t want to go back. My kids also are excited when get there but we are all uncomfortable after 1 hour of swimming because of the AC and how cold the water is for us, especially the kids. We could easily stay here for a few hours but 1 hour is a waste of money. Even though we don’t want to, we will look else where being that we have asked about the temp to the staff multiple times. Hopefully somewhere between 85 and 87 degrees will be worth going back. Don’t come here with young children they will want to leave much sooner than you want.

An amazing aquatics facility. The outdoor hot tub is really nice. Therapy pool is great for loosening up after hard workouts. It would be nice if the free weights area was a bit more extensive. Staff is super friendly. I mainly go for the hot tub and refer to it as my “day spa.”
