I’ve worked with trainers over the years, but Melissa’s coaching style stands out. In just one session, she helped me understand how to move with more awareness and actually feel the difference instead of just going through the motions. She explains the “why” behind each exercise in a way that’s easy to understand, and her attention to form is exceptional. I left feeling like I learned more about my body in one session than I have in many workouts. If you’re looking for a trainer who is knowledgeable, attentive, and encouraging in helping you move better, I highly recommend Melissa.

The new brunette night-shift janitorial staff member is consistently rude and glares at members. Tonight (May 24th at 10:58 PM), she was rushing people out while they were clearly already packing up their things to leave. She clearly does not want to be here, and it makes for a very unwelcoming environment. Management needs to address her customer service attitude.
I usually go out of my way to use the Denver West location—it is easily top-tier and the best out of all the Life Time clubs. Denver West is always pristine, incredibly welcoming, and has phenomenal customer service!!

I don’t usually do this review stuff, had to make an account to do this. Yet, I was a guest at Lifetime and had a great time. Amenities were great. Staff was friendly, especially an employee named Josh in the locker room. His warmth and competence left me with a great impression of the gym. I’ll definitely be back.

I write reviews nearly never, but was so disappointed and frustrated the other day that I feel compelled to share. I joined as an individual for fitness and tennis (Onyx member) several years ago @ $99 per month. The monthly rate has increased to now $195. I primarily play tennis there, and sometimes do a class, all of which are great. However, the other day I decided I wanted to add a day of pickleball open play to my fitness routine. I had to wait until 11:00 to sign up. At 10:30 I prepared to register, and saw that not only was it already FULL, but there was a 25 person waitlist. I tried to call, left a vm for the pickleball person (which still has not been returned many days later), and then at 11:00 I tried to sign up to possibly be #26 on the waitlist. It told me my membership category wasn’t able to play pickleball. At $200 per month! I had signed up and played open play pickleball a few years ago, so this is clearly a change. I talked to a very nice man at the front desk who was empathetic, but management need to know that raising the price over and over and over every single year, and then taking away certain opportunities offered there is NOT ok. Please reconsider your policies.
